In keeping with my post about environmentally safe things, I wanted to show you these great slippers that a friend of mine makes. She uses recycled wool from sweaters and things, and gets the soles from leftover leather pieces from factories and upholstery stores....very cool! The shoes are adorable too.
So check it out....Polliwogs Shop

I love them. I hope you get our name for christmas because I think we have the same tastes! I would love a pair of these for Neve.
These are adorable!! I would love to get some for Sawyer, but the ones I would like are sold out... Does she add them as she makes them and they might be available soon?
I'll check with her on how she is going to run it-she just opened up her store yesterday morning and sold at least 15 pairs! I am so excited for her.
Lorrie-I am sure if you let her know which ones your interested in, she'll tell you when they'll be available (or tell me and I'll ask her)
I am glad you like them-I think they are so adorable! I just bought some for a gift and plan to get soem for the girls :)
Ahhh!! I LOVE these! What a great idea! Wish I had feet small enough--or my kids did!
I am interested in the Rustic Browns if you would like to ask her (:
Julie, thanks for this link, these would be perfect for David for daycare! I emailed her and she said that she is going to hopefully have more 12-18 mos and 18-24 mos sizes in stock on Mon/Tues. Like Lorrie, I like the rustic brown ones as well, guess I'll have to get on early so that I don't get beaten to them!!!
Lisa, I am so glad you like them and that they'll work for David. Yes-I told her that she better get to work since I knew she would do well :) I have been working on an email to you for so long now! I keep having to change it....sorry its taken me so long!
Lorrie-I'll ask Olivia about the shoes, although it sounds like Mon/Tue is the day you should check in!
She makes shoes up to size 11, I can't wait to get some for Analese and Mara :)
Is she going to make some for larger sizes beyond 24 months?
yes-she said she makes them up to age 4, which is size 11
